Rolfing Structural Integration helps clients to improve their mobility, posture and ease pains in the body.
In the 70’s Dr. Ida Rolf developed this amazing 10 sessions therapy that she called Structural Integration and then Rolfing® Structural Integration. Rolfing is a therapy focused on a connective tissue called fascia, as far as we know, one characteristic of fascia is to give us posture. Rolfers manipulate this fascia to bring all the tissues on balance again.
The 10 sessions are genius therapy developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, she designed it to approach carefully every part of the body with a perfect progression for better results.
I’m offering 3 options for Rolfing sessions.
1- One Session. Focused in a specific client’s requests.
2- Three sessions. We call them superficial, In my experience after session 3 the client can really feel the changes in their body.
3- 10 Sessions. In the 10 sessions we get involved into a relationship (client-practitioner), where we get the best results for you and this changes can last long time as recommended.

How does Rolfing works?
We have a connective tissue all around us called fascia and one of the characteristics is to give us posture. We as Rolfers work on this tissue to gain the better posture for ourselves. With a better posture more benefits come, like more oxygen in the body, better blood flows, better nerve communication, among other things.
Is Rolfing painful?
After many years of research we found out that it doesn’t have to be painful, we can still work gentle and we will get the same results.
